6:30pm - Registration opens. We highly encourage guests to arrive by 6:30pm to have enough time for parking, registration and security.
7:00pm - Event begins

Saint James Ballroom - 3rd Floor

Attire: After 5:00 o'clock (dresses for ladies, suits for gentlemen)
Parking:
Self-parking garage located next door to the Hilton. This address will take you to the parking garage: 728 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130
Hilton is providing a discounted self-parking rate of $15.
Show your parking receipt when checking in for the event, and we will provide you with a ticket to receive the discounted rate of $15.
Valet option is available at the Hilton for $49.
We suggest guests who may have trouble walking be dropped off at the Hilton before parking in the self-parking garage.
Finding the St. James Ballroom:
Please see instructions below for finding the Saint James Ballroom. We will have signage and volunteers posted. If you have any trouble finding the ballroom, please ask a member of the Hilton staff.
Finding the Saint James Ballroom (Level 3) from the Hilton self-parking garage:
Please park on levels 3-5 in the Hilton self-parking garage.
If you park on levels 3-4 in the Hilton self-parking garage, the elevator will take you to floor 2 in the Hilton. Once out of the elevator, turn left and take the escalator up to floor 3. The Saint James Ballroom will be directly ahead.
If you park on level 5 in the self-parking garage, you’ll enter the hotel on floor 3. The Saint James Ballroom is on floor 3. Follow signs for Sharon Bolan Ministries.
Finding the Saint James Ballroom (Level 3) from Hilton Main entrance:
If you are dropped off or choose to valet at the Hilton main entrance, once inside the main lobby, walk past the first self of escalators and the restaurants until you see the second set of escalators; then take the escalators up to floor 3. Or from the main lobby, take the elevators up to floor 3, then turn right and walk to the end of the hall.

Silent Auction & Raffle: The event will feature silent auction items and raffle tickets, and we will have the ability to take cash, check or credit card for those items.
